Dr. Stephen and Dr. Jill Young built Connected Chiropractic around one idea: find what is actually causing the problem, then correct it at the source, for every generation of your family.

Dr. Jill co-founded Connected Chiropractic alongside her husband, Dr. Stephen Young, bringing the same principled approach to every practice member who walks through the door.
Her goal with every case is the same: locate the underlying cause of a health challenge, a Vertebral Subluxation, and design a specific program of adjustments to correct it, not just relieve the symptom in front of her.
Dr. Stephen grew up in Burnet, TX, earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Texas A&M University, then his Doctorate in Chiropractic at Parker University in Dallas.
As a teenager he was prescribed medication after medication for ADHD, and watched family members go through the same cycle of symptom relief without ever addressing the cause. That search for a better answer is what led him to chiropractic, and to corrective care built around finding the root of a problem instead of masking it.

“I first came to Connected Chiropractic with severe pain in my knee that would limit my ability to sleep through the night. Now, I no longer need pain medications or sleeping aids. After only 5 weeks, I have returned to playing golf and extended my walks with little to no pain at all.”
“I could not stand for long periods of time due to my low back pain. I went to pain specialists and took muscle relaxers, pain pills and injections. They feel more like family than doctors. In just 1 short month, I feel better, sleep better and have less tension.”
“My initial impression was the doctors seemed extremely genuine with their approach. I was experiencing sciatic nerve pain, low back pain, shoulder and knee pain, so severe I couldn't stand for more than 5-10 minutes. After a couple of months of regular adjustments, I bent over and there was little to no pain in my back.”
“I used to suffer from severe pain in my hips and low back that made yard work impossible. I used to take 6-8 tablets of ibuprofen every day and now I take none. I can ride my lawn mower again and can actually walk when I get off the mower.”
“I started going to Connected Chiropractic for headaches and back pain. My husband goes for pain in his arm and my 3 kids go for wellness care. Since we started getting adjusted, my kids have not gotten sick nearly as often. I definitely recommend Connected Chiropractic to my friends.”
No. Chiropractic care has evolved over the years, and offices differ in the techniques and technology they use. Connected Chiropractic has invested in state-of-the-art technology, including digital x-ray, and our doctors specialize in different techniques to stay current.
The pop is pressure and gas being released from the fluid-filled capsule around a joint, and it does not mean an adjustment was actually made. Our office uses a low-force, specific adjustment, Torque Release Technique, that does not rely on popping or cracking.
We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Medicare. On your first visit we will check your benefits to see what coverage you have; we are not able to verify benefits over the phone.
Yes. Spinal health matters for children just as much as adults, and children under regular chiropractic care from a young age are more likely to grow into healthier adults.
Yes, and it is beneficial. Chiropractic care before, during and after pregnancy can ease back pain, reduce round ligament pain, and research shows it can help decrease labor pains and delivery time.
